As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
- Present and demonstrate BMW & MINI vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
- Provide expert advice on vehicle specifications, finance options, and additional services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a premium experience
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a sales role within the automotive or customer-facing industry
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service and relationship building
- Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, proactive, and solution-focused
- Holds a full, clean driving licence
- Has experience using Kerridge/Keyloop DMS (advantageous but not essential)
- Can reliably commute or relocate before starting
Hours: Monday to Friday (Weekend availability may be required)
