Are you passionate about BMW and MINI? Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retailer environment? We are currently looking for a Temporary Admin & Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Athlone for a 2–3 month summer placement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to get first-hand experience supporting both our Sales and Aftersales teams. From assisting customers at reception to handling light admin duties and working closely with our advisors, every day will be different.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Sales and Service Advisors with day-to-day tasks
- Supporting the front-of-house reception and warmly welcoming customers
- Managing basic admin tasks including filing, booking, and documentation
- Communicating with customers both in-person and over the phone
- Providing general support to the retailer team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Representing Colm Quinn BMW & MINI at off-site events such as the Galway Races, Golf Classics, and Test Drive events – answering customer queries and showcasing our display vehicles
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest and knowledge of the BMW and MINI brands
- Friendly, proactive, and confident in speaking with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team
- Willingness and availability to attend weekend and event-based work
- Available for the full summer period (2–3 months)
- Full Driving License preferable

Hourly Rate: €13.50 – €15.50
