We are looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to support our Sales and Aftersales teams in delivering a premium customer experience.
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
• Accurately process orders for new and used vehicles across the dealership network
• Invoice and register vehicles promptly in line with internal procedures
• Liaise with the Sales and Aftersales departments to meet customer delivery timelines
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly internal reports
• Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant records of all vehicle transactions
• Support operational efficiency through effective administration
• Collaborate with internal teams to help achieve business goals
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous administrative experience, ideally within the motor industry
• Displays excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
• Communicates clearly and works well within a team
• Is proactive, reliable, and solution focused
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and internal CRM or DMS systems
• Can reliably commute or is willing to relocate prior to starting
