As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, while delivering strong sales performance and building lasting customer relationships.
Your responsibilities:
- Sell both new and approved used vehicles in line with the BMW sales process.
- Deliver a premium and professional experience to every customer.
- Accurately appraise part exchange vehicles and complete all related documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with BMW brand standards throughout all customer interactions.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through our CRM/Enquiry Management Systems to support repeat and referral business.
- Keep customer records, sales activity logs, and all documentation up-to-date and in line with company requirements.
Your profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven car sales experience (franchise dealership experience preferred).
- Full, clean driving licence (required).
- Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated, with a strong focus on delivering results and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic, high-performing team.
- Weekend availability.
